TA Sourcing and Reporting Assistant (Project-Based)

We are looking for a TA Sourcing and Reporting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a project-based assignment. This role will focus on sourcing candidates and assisting with recruitment reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and coordinate initial candidate communications.
• Support the preparation and generation of recruitment reports.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the TA team to improve sourcing strategies and reporting processes.
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Duration: Project-Based (temporary)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR, or related).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
