This role will support the high-level coordination and operational support for Talent Acquisition activities, with a strong focus on executive hiring and succession planning processes.

Accountabilities 

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for confidential executive and senior-level recruitment processes.
  • Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure timely communication, clear instructions, and a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support process tracking and follow-ups to maintain workflow efficiency within TA operations.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials, presentations, and documentation required for recruiting processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within TA operations.

Required  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field .or relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Level of English.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Executive Assistant, or Coordination roles.
  • Experience managing complex executive-level calendars.
  • Strong administrative background with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information and interacting with senior stakeholders.

Desired 

  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams); calendar management expertise is a plus.
