Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire.

• Oversee the use of the ATS and ensure data integrity and proper documentation.

• Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies in local markets.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations.

• Escalate hiring challenges and collaborate with the Divisional TA Manager to resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus (if based in Mexico or bilingual region).
