Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Forecast hiring needs and build a pipeline of ambitious, startup-savvy talent.
Manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and recruitment plans.
Oversee interviews, salary negotiations, and offer approvals, letters and rollouts.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
Track recruitment metrics proactively.
Optimize ATS (Workable experience is a plus).
Strengthen Lokal App’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Requirements
4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups.
Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across functions.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling both volume and lateral hiring.
Proven experience handling both tech and non-tech recruiters as well as hiring requirements.
Experience with ATS and HR analytics tools (Knowledge of Workable tool is a plus).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
