TA Intern (Staffing Partner)

We are seeking a TA Intern (Staffing Partner) to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will dive deep into staffing activities, from sourcing potential candidates to supporting interviews and managing recruitment data.

This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and gaining real-world experience in attracting top talent within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation of on-boarding and off-boarding processes. 
• Support team in all activities of recruitment process via partners channel such as raise job's requirement, contact partners and related stakeholders to schedule interviews, data entry. 
• Review, get the signature of NDA, MSA and support team in handling paperwork. 
• Assist to explore new vendors, contractors and maintain the relationship with them. 
• Others will be assigned from Leaders.

• For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
• Interest in HR, especially Recruitment.
• At least 3 months of commitment for the internship period.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...
• Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
