Industry FinTech (IFT) is transforming the world of private capital markets through technology, automation, and operational excellence. As a fast-growing company headquartered in Miami, with a global mindset, we’re scaling quickly and expanding our team.
We’re a passionate, fast-paced team dedicated to innovation and growth. If you’re ready to take the Engineering position to the next level and make a real impact in a company that's changing the game, we want you to join us.
The Role
We're hiring for a Systems Product Engineer focused on integrations, automation, and internal tools. This is not a traditional CRM developer role or low-code automation role. We are looking for a technically strong builder who can design, implement, and maintain custom integrations and cloud-based services, manage advanced data flores, and improve systems based on product and usage insights.
In this position you will own problems end-to-end: understanding workflows, designing scalable architecture, building reliable integrations, collecting user feedback, and continuously improving the product.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build custom integration and services, including cloud-hosted environment (e.g., Cloud Run or similar infrastructure).
- Architect and maintain advanced data flows across platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implement logging, monitoring, retry logic, and error handling for production systems.
- Analyze product usage data and system metrics to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Improve system performance and realiability through structured debugging and root cause analysis.
- Evaliate when to use low-code tools vs. custom-built infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Experience building custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-drive architectures.
- Experience deploying and managing services in cloud environments (e.g., Cloud Run, AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data flows, and system architecture.
- Experience implementing production-grade reliability (logging, monitoring, retries, error handling).
- Proven ability to ship real tools or backend systems used in production.
- Strong analytical mindset - ability to use data to improve product performance and workflows.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel.
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts).
- Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tools into workflows.
- Basic frontend or UI development skills.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive local salary
- Paid time-off
- Remote working set up
- Career growth in a fast-scaling company
- Referral bonus program
