The Role
We're hiring for a Systems Product Engineer focused on integrations, automation, and interna tools. This is not a traditional CRM developer role. We are looking for a product-oriented builder who can design, prototype, and iterate on systems that connect multiple platforms and are used daily by internal teams and clients.
In this position you will own problems end-to-end: understanding workflows, building solutions, collecting user feedback, and continuously improving the product.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build integrations between platforms (CRM, PMS, ILS, internal tools, third-party APIs).
- Develop lightweight internal tools and client-facing applications with usable UI.
- Rapidly prototype and ship solutions using AI-assisted development tools.
- Own data flows, automation logic, and system reliabilty across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with operations, client success, and leadership to understand real workflows.
- Collect feedback from users and iterate quickly on improvements.
- Decide when to build custom solutions vs. leverage existing tools.
- Document systems, data flows, and technical decisions clearly.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to ship real tools or products used by teams or customers.
- Comfort moving fast, shipping v1 solutions, and iterating based on feedback.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
- Ability to work independently and own technical decisions.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel.
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts).
- Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tools into workflows.
- Basic frontend or UI development skills.
