About the team The Systems Integration Engineers team within Trustly has the purpose of providing technical support to Merchants, covering those in the integration phase to those already in Production. This support is given through the analysis of cases coming from traders or from internal teams, escalating to other times when necessary. Not just limited to case support, the team also supports debugging support with Merchant and technical support in-house. Together with the entire Merchant Services team, it is a communication interface between merchants and Trustly's internal teams. The System Integration Engineer will work with the MTS team to deliver technical services externally for merchants and internally to other Trustly teams such as Merchant Operations, Risk, Integrations, Customer Success, and Product. This will include services such as investigation and resolution of live merchant technical inquiries and escalations, and developer technical support. The services will also include work on improving internal and external documentation, developing internal tools to support daily activities, along with providing product and feature release training for Merchant Services and other internal teams.
