What you will do:
Be a point of escalation for the Merchant Services team on internal technology and third party processing partner issues.
Work with Dev/Product Support to resolve escalated issues from the Operations and Integrations teams.
Be a liaison between Dev/Product and Merchant Services teams.
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in existing and new Trustly technology for all Trustly teams.
Share Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge on multiple channels: a ticketing system, public forums, online chat, social networks, client calls, and more.
Work on Account Configuration and Operational tasks to support the Integrations team.
Be part of a 24/7 service in support of the Merchant Services team.
Create and maintain documentation.
Who you are:
Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
The candidate must be able to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries.
Knowledge of how to do RESTful API calls.
Ability to debug and investigate issues raised by merchants and Trustly's teams.
Ability to quality assures the new features delivered provided by Product will suffice Merchant's needs.
Experience in merchant operations, technical customer support role, or Software QA role.
Knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Database queries.
Previous knowledge of mobile platforms.
Previous experience in cloud software development.
Previous knowledge of payments services.
