Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking askilled SETA with strong programmatic expertise to support Sapphire program. You will directly support the program manager (PM) by leading transition coordination and outreach efforts, ensuring Sapphire program outputs remain operationally relevant and aligned with partner mission needs. This role requires close coordination with mission partners across the DoD and interagency community, oversight of operational analysis, and clear communication of program results through high-quality briefings and reports. A background in Special Access technology development and Ground and Flight Test experience is highly desirable.

Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA

Travel: less than 10%

Clearance: TS/SCI required, SAP eligible

Required Experience:

  • 10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, IC, or R&D programs
  • Experience working in Top Secret, SCI, and SAP environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to rapid turn-around requests
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary technology development efforts

 

Desired Experience: 

  • Background or technical experience in Special Access technology development
  • Ground and flight test experience
  • Operational aircraft experience
  • Operations and strike planning experience
  • Experience working with a diverse set of government partners
  • Familiarity with EUCOM and/or INDOPACOM problem sets
