The Systems Engineer is responsible for helping to manage and maintain the backend operations of our IT infrastructure systems.  Candidates must be located within commuting distance of our St. Louis Park, MN office and able to work on-site three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule. What you’ll be doing: ·       Develop, implement and manage systems that support the platform ·       Define and develop system reporting and infrastructure health monitoring ·       Work with CLIs & GUIs to create tools for automating workflows ·       Troubleshoot production systems and implement solutions ·       Own projects from inception to completion ·       Work with all tiers of support to gather pain points What we are looking for: ·       Experience in a Systems/Security/Application support role interacting with other departments and vendors ·       Experience supporting mission-critical systems ·       Experience supporting email deliverability and email campaign platforms (Sendgrid, Mailchimp, etc.) ·       Experience with PHP, python, or other programming languages ·       Experience implementing security and compliance practices in a regulated environment (HIPPA, PCI, SOC, etc.) ·       Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB and SQL Server ·       Understanding of version control and deployment processes ·       Excellent communication skills Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
