We are looking for experienced systems architecture and technical strategy professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.
What you’ll be doing
We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.
Your role is practical and high impact. You will:
Review and refine AI generated responses related to system architecture and long term technical strategy
Evaluate outputs for architectural soundness, scalability, resilience and security considerations
Draft complex technical scenarios such as distributed systems design, cloud native transformation, platform consolidation, legacy modernisation or cross system integration
Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as enterprise architect, CTO, principal engineer, security lead or infrastructure head
Identify weaknesses in system boundaries, failure handling, capacity planning, interoperability or governance assumptions
In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world architectural decision making, trade off analysis and long term technical planning.
This is not hands on implementation. Instead of designing one organisation’s systems, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about architecture and technical strategy at scale.
Your input directly improves how AI performs on systems design and strategic technology topics.
Who this is for
You are:
A systems architect, enterprise architect, principal engineer, technical strategy leader or senior technology executive
Based in the EU or UK
With significant experience designing complex systems and defining long term technical roadmaps
Experienced in areas such as distributed systems, cloud architecture, integration strategy, scalability planning, security architecture or digital transformation
Comfortable identifying flawed architectural assumptions, unrealistic scalability claims and overlooked operational risks
Available 8 to 20 hours per week
Able to start in the coming weeks
