Your Role at impact.com:

As a Systems Analyst Intern, you’ll support our team in improving how we test, validate, and scale AI-driven features at impact.com.This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data, systems thinking, and learning how real-world software products are built and tested. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and analysts while gaining hands-on exposure to automation, AI systems, and product quality.This is a learning-focused role where curiosity, structure, and attention to detail matter more than years of experience. This is a hybrid , 6 month internship.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in building and maintaining automated test cases for AI-driven and platform features
  • Help validate that new features work as expected before they reach customers
  • Work with senior team members to understand how systems talk to each other (APIs, workflows, data inputs/outputs)
  • Document test results, findings, and edge cases in a clear and structured way
  • Learn how to identify bugs, inconsistencies, or unexpected system behaviour
  • Support regression testing to ensure new changes don’t break existing functionality
  • Gain exposure to AI workflows, automation frameworks, and real production systems
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and enablement teams across regions

What You Bring:

  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Data Analytics 
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Comfort working with data, patterns, and structured problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of systems, software, or technology concepts
  • Ability to follow instructions, document work clearly, and ask good questions
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and how software products work
  • Reliability, accountability, and willingness to learn
