Responsibilities

  • Promotion Data Management: Create and maintain accurate promotion data for new and existing provider offers in our database
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct on-hand QA testing for promotion data changes and general QA testing within the SARA Plus platform
  • Defect Monitoring: Track and analyze order reporting to identify and resolve promotion-related defects
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of promotions into client workflows
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation
  • Ability to read and understand XML structures
  • Excellent time management skills for handling time-sensitive tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL for database queries and updates
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia
  • Basic coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, and .NET

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
