You will work within an international Scrum team and act as the key interface between Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and Business stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex business needs into structured system specifications.

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial software projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in requirements engineering and functional specification design

  • Experience working with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Architecture

  • Practical knowledge of BPMN and/or UML

  • Background in software development or IT solution design

  • Working knowledge of SQL

  • University degree in a technical field

  • Strong communication skills

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Experience in the insurance domain
    Experience working in Scrum environments
