CTI is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to support operations within a classified environment in Hawaii. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of complex systems supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) missions. You will work hands-on with customers, advanced systems, and distributed technologies while contributing to a high impact national security mission.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for asset procurement and installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
• Configure and manage operating systems (Windows and Linux), applications (commercial and government), networks (IPs, subnets, etc.), and network equipment (switches)
• Configure and manage DOD and IC standard distributed authentication services
• Build up systems from "bare metal" in alignment with accredited baselines
• Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to company and government policies.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform daily backup operations.
• Perform regular file archival and purge, as necessary.
• Create, change and delete user accounts per request.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization, as required.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures for multiple sites.
• Establishes, documents, and monitor the company’s cyber security program implementation plan.
• Maintain Video Wall System and displays.
Location: This position is 100% onsite and based at Camp Smith, Hawaii. No remote or hybrid options are available. Candidates must be able to work full‑time at Camp Smith and maintain daily presence on base to support mission requirements.
