Your tasks

• Collaborate with a team to manage and maintain workplace services such as Jamf Pro / Intune and the Microsoft 365 suite
• Configure and ensure the optimal performance of related infrastructure
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and work closely with the service desk to troubleshoot issues and improve overall setup
• Provide second-level support for troubleshooting and resolving issues

Requirements

Your profile

• Proficiency in deploying, configuring and patching Windows 10/11 and/or macOS
• Experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Intune and Jamf Pro
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity setups
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint and OneDrive administration
• Understanding of fundamental security and networking concepts
• Strong desire and proficiency in scripting and automation
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Team spirit and work ethic
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage.
