  • Allocate system requirements across engineering disciplines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and integration/test.
  • Support technical documentation, requirements traceability, and verification efforts.
  • Create test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
  • Execute integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) testing activities.
  • Participate in technical reviews and engineering assessments.
  • Qualifications
  • Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes, requirements development, and documentation.
  • Experience with system verification and test planning/execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (CAMEO preferred).
  • Experience developing software requirements and collaborating closely with software engineers.
  • Background in system and software design, integration, and operational testing.
  • Programming experience in C, C++, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
  • Familiarity with complex aerospace, defense, or mission-critical systems.
