About You:

You will be senior engineer in Service Delivery team with strong expertise in Windows engineering. The team is responsible for Site Resiliency Engineering and Incident Management. You will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving our SaaS environment. The SaaS infrastructure technology includes VMware. AWS, Azure, Citrix, Windows, Linux and Cisco., making heavy use of configuration management, automation, and source control best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify and remediate any performance, capacity and resiliency weaknesses in the SaaS Infrastructure

· Ensure resiliency best practices are followed throughout the technology stack

· Implement with discipline SMEs resilient design in the technology stack

· Provide L2 support for incidents, and the hosting and operations of our SaaS solutions

· Oversee and implement scalable, and robust Windows Engineering best practice design

· Hands-on implementation of ‘special projects’ to improve the capabilities of the SaaS platforms

· Perform Incident Management. Diagnosing and resolving complex issues across networking, storage, infrastructure, virtualization, and Citrix environments

· Perform Problem Management

· Proactively monitor overall Service Delivery and ensure SLA’s are being met

· Ensure Citrix, Windows, VMware environment is performant and work towards improvements

· Participate in system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure validation

· Drive process improvements, and implementation of operational best practices including documentation

Requirements

· 5 -7 years of Systems Administration experience across Windows, VMware, Citrix, & Storage

· Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory. Strong Citrix experience is also a plus

· Working knowledge and experience with VMware & Storage

· Working knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux

· Solid understanding of Networking, routing, VLANs, and general networking concepts

· Proven troubleshooting skills across multiple infrastructure layers

· Working knowledge of Monitoring systems, ITIL and Ticketing systems (preferably SNOW)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Must be positive and able to develop and sustain a culture that places our customers’ needs at the forefront of every decision
