In this role, you will be the backbone of our software delivery, ensuring that our Investment applications are deployed and managed under the highest professional standards of Cloud Ops. You will bridge the gap between software development and operations, focusing on Resilience, Availability, and Scalability to provide a seamless experience for our banking customers.

Meet the job

●Ensure the availability and reliability of the managed hosting service we provide to our customers;
●Ensure that the solution always runs in a compliant, secure and cost-effective way;
●Participate in our on-call pool and help to ensure maximum reliability, high availability and uptime;
●Help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
●Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring resilience, availability and scalability within Wealth Domain;
●Contribute to increasing operational efficiency and helping to bring overall cloud cost under control.

How about you?

• You are proficient with tools and tech like Helm Charts, Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Github/GHA;
• Experience with Monitoring and Observability, particularly the Grafana stack and OpenTelemetry (OTEL), is desirable.
• You have an understanding of cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired state configuration;
• You have strong communication skills allowing you to drive initiatives and decisions inside and outside your team;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in system engineering including at least 3 years of working with the aforementioned technologies;
• You combine technical excellence with mentorship skills, and provide your peers with hands-on guidance and collaborative problem-solving;
• You are focused on automation-first. Not content with anything manual, your goal is to make every process predictable and automated;
• You have knowledge of designing and implementing scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure;
• Knowledge of Python stack is a plus;
• You have good English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
