RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support during night hours, ensuring that gambling platform is working without problems. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to PHP, JavaScript, Kubernetes and AWS. 
  • Escalate complex problems to technical specialists when necessary. 
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and reliability of the platform. 
  • Offer ideas to improve existing processes or create new ones, both procedural and technological. 

    ! Working hours: You will be expected to start work around 22:00. During the onboarding period, which lasts approximately two weeks, working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting around 10:00.
