Join our team and you’ll be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing our corporate IT services to strengthen our business moving forward. 

Working in the Internal IT department, you will work closely together with international teams to find the best solutions supporting our business, driving innovation and provide your technical expertise for our services. 

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

Your responsibilities:  

  • Support, manage and maintain services – You troubleshoot issues in our cloud services and SaaS applications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Cloud Collaboration and Communication tools, Service Management Platform, Digital Workplace Solutions), monitor the service health and performance and maintain the operational status. 

  • Configure managed services – You administer and optimize the usage of the services and ensure their integration and drive innovation and automation forward. 

  • Integrate policies – You establish security and compliance policies to the services to ensure the service usage is aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements, create governance processes and policies. 

  • Documentation – You create documentation of the service integrations and contribute to our internal knowledge base. 

  • Team collaboration – You participate in international project teams and working closely together with other IT teams, communicate with users and stakeholders to ensure the best experience of the services to our business requirements. 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, along with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT. 

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams and other collaboration tools 

  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, following ITIL processes and managing Change Management 

  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting and problem solving 

  • Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, bash or handling API calls 

  • Fluent in both English and German 

  • You are a team player with a passion for IT and keep developing your skills
