System Administrator

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. 
• Provide technical support and guidance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. 
• Perform system maintenance
• Monitor system performance
• Create system backups
• Maintain system security

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, hardware, and security protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices. 
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
