What You’ll Do

Ensure new hires are set up for success by provisioning hardware, software and access from day one.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently, both in person and remotely, acting as the primary on-site IT presence for the office.
- Respond to help desk requests and manage tickets through our ticketing system with a high level of professionalism and urgency.

Assist in managing identity, access and endpoint configuration across Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) and M365.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for technologies, workflows and processes to ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support IT projects from conception through to delivery, including the rollout of new tools, SSO integrations and automation initiatives aligned with best-practice standards.

Share insights and propose improvements to optimise IT processes and enhance the overall end-user experience.
Who You Are
What you’ll need

A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware (Windows, macOS, peripherals, AV equipment) and software (cloud-based tools, SaaS platforms)

Comfort working in a scaling business, where time is critical and change is frequent

An academic background in technology or business (beneficial but not essential)

Ambition to work in a high-growth tech company
Nice to haves

Experience automating tasks using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash, and exposure to automation/orchestration platforms.

Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
