Schedule

 

  • Flexible evening or weekend hours based on your availability.
  • Ability to make your schedule working 2-10 hours per week.

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

 

  • Teach group parent/child swim lesson classes or conduct private 1:1 swim lessons.
  • Ensure the safety and encourage effective movements of students during class.
  • Implement tailored movements or instructional feedback based on students' needs.
  • Provide clear, encouraging instructions to help students develop and grow.
  • Act swiftly and responsibly in emergencies in line with ChildServe's policies and procedures.

 

What You’ll Need

 

  • Current American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain through ChildServe.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching swim lessons.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the clinic areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading, writing and speaking the English language.
