Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to VIP Swedish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Listen to client needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products and service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Demonstrated experience in VIP customer service or a similar role is preferred.
