Swedish Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is delighted to announce an opening for a Swedish Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing top-tier customer service to our Swedish-speaking clientele.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may face with our products and services. Your communication skills and customer-oriented approach will be key in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing clear instructions and solutions.
• Help customers understand product functionalities and features to enhance their user experience.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
• A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
