In this role, you will provide essential support to our Swedish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and delivering effective solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
• Educate customers about our products and services, helping them maximize their experiences.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain quality assurance records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address common customer challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential. Candidates should clearly indicate their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a customer support or related role is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Technical aptitude with effective problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative attitude and positive approach to teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
