Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries about account management, subscription details, and streaming challenges.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on platform features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A passion for technology and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is beneficial, but not required!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
