Swedish Speaking Software Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process of software solutions for Swedish-speaking clients from inception to completion.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop customized implementation plans.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure clients effectively utilize the software.
• Document the implementation journey and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Identify and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Please highlight your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in software implementation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for client training and support.
