Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality social media support to Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Create engaging content tailored to resonate with our audience, encouraging active participation.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond proactively to maintain community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for social media and a desire to engage with customers.
• Previous experience in customer service or social media roles is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
