Swedish Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Swedish via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and efficient service.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide reliable solutions to customers.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the service desk platform.
• Guide customers in utilizing products and services for optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
