Your Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients on product features and best practices to enrich their usage.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and keep up with product developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is a must. Be sure to state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent customer service and communication capabilities.
• Technical proficiency with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Prior experience in remote support or a customer service role is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
