As a Swedish Speaking Partner Support Consultant, you will act as a vital link between our partners and our organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our partners receive top-notch support at all times. You'll be instrumental in strengthening our partnerships and contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to partners in Swedish through various communication channels.
• Diagnose and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs.
• Document all interactions and provide insights to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance support strategies and increase partner satisfaction.
• Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for customer service and relationship management.
• Previous experience in a customer support or related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
