Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or online retail is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-centric focus and a genuine desire to assist.
• Comfortable with technology and adept at navigating online shopping platforms.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage customer inquiries.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
