Swedish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Swedish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our committed team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and a positive shopping experience in our marketplace.

As a Swedish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, help with order processing, and resolve any issues efficiently. Your proficiency in Swedish and dedication to customer service will be key in building lasting relationships with our clientele.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product inquiries, order management, and the resolution of customer issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and relevant feedback.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a lively environment.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
