If you have a knack for providing excellent customer service and are fluent in Swedish, we want to hear from you! As a key member of our support staff, you will assist our Swedish-speaking clients with their technical inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality helpdesk support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and effectively.
• Educate clients about product features to enhance their experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to provide timely resolutions to client concerns.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of products and support techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is highly desirable.
