In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Swedish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and technical issues related to our advanced HealthTech solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our HealthTech products.
• Guide clients through the effective use of our solutions to maximize their benefits.
• Document and track all customer interactions for follow-up and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
• Genuine interest in HealthTech and a predisposition to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
