Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support to Swedish-speaking customers concerning HealthTech products via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries efficiently, focusing on health technology solutions.
• Meticulously document customer interactions and support requests to improve overall service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective assistance.
• Engage in continuous training to advance your expertise in HealthTech.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer support, particularly within the health technology sector, is a plus.
• A strong interest in health technology and the ability to troubleshoot related technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A committed, customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, health technology products, and software applications is preferable.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Valid EU Passport or ID is necessary for employment eligibility.
