Swedish Speaking End User Support Specialist

In this position, you will provide expert assistance to our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your support will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking end users through various communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Provide guidance on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Document all support requests and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
