Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via social media channels.
• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and feedback regarding our services and presence on social platforms.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and skill enhancement sessions related to social media trends and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for social media and customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or social media management is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
