In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their specific needs. Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Swedish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing superior support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, using feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance your support capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
