Your contributions will be crucial in creating positive customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships that strengthen our community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or client management is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
