Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective solutions. Your fluency in Swedish will allow you to build rapport with clients and contribute to their overall satisfaction, making a positive impact on their experience with our services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
