Your Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training programs to stay updated on automotive products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• A strong passion for customer service and helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
