Swedish Speaking Client Support Specialist

In this role, you will engage directly with our Swedish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Your communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction will be instrumental in supporting our dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Swedish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally.
• Inform clients about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
• Document client interactions accurately to support ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of client service.
• Engage in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our offerings and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; additional language skills are a plus. Please include your nationality and native language in your application.
• A strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist others.
• Experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
