Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking clients, becoming their trusted point of contact.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide comprehensive assistance as needed.
• Document and track client interactions accurately for effective communication and record-keeping.
• Identify potential improvements based on client feedback and work collaboratively to implement solutions.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure a cohesive delivery of services.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Relevant experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedicated approach to client care.
