Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with Swedish-speaking clients to evaluate their integration requirements and provide customised solutions.
• Lead clients through the entire integration process, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve any integration challenges that may arise.
• Offer training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our integration services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project documentation for future reference.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in B2B integration.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in B2B integration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of integration tools and processes.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and collective success.
