SW Engineer - Level 3*

 

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless user experiences.
• Build modern frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python or Java.
• Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
• Take ownership of complete feature delivery, from requirement analysis and development to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Work with Docker and containerized environments to streamline development and deployments.
• Support cloud-native deployments and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in on-call rotations when needed and ensure production stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, coupled with expertise in developing with the latest web standards, including HTML5 and CSS.
• Proven expertise in ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks, component-based architecture, and responsive design.
• Strong backend development experience in Python or Java, including API design and scalable service development.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, debugging, and performance tuning production systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code reviews, testing, and secure development principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-driven mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and delivering impactful solution
