  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy to effective execution.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements, and sustainability principles.  
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.  
  • Strong commercial drive, striving for continuous improvement and operational excellence, promoting innovative and costeffective solutions that deliver measurable business impact. 
  • Acts as a safety leader and ensures compliance with the Code of Conduct.  
  • Proven leadership aligned with our leadership expectation; drive for performance, look beyond, build your team and ensure operational excellence.   

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Legal studies (with a focus on contract law and procurement regulations) or other related fields.  
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management and negotiations, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles or senior management position with commercial experience.   
  • Proven track record in managing global functions and complex supplier ecosystems.

International leadership experience is required, as the role involves managing teams across multiple countries.

Location: Oslo, Lilleaker.
