About the Opportunity

Worldly is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as SVP of Growth — a senior role with full ownership of our post-sale revenue organization spanning Customer Success and Account Management. This is a critical hire at a pivotal moment in Worldly's trajectory: we have a strong customer base, an established team with managers in place, and a real opportunity to build a best-in-class retention and expansion motion.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the SVP of Growth will own net revenue retention end-to-end — from gross retention to expansion ARR — and will lead a 15+ person organization through its next phase of scale. You'll also serve as a key voice on the Worldly Leadership Council, shaping company strategy from the customer-in.

This is the right role if you're a systems thinker who leads through managers, knows how to build repeatable processes in complex enterprise SaaS environments, and brings both the strategic range and executional depth to make things work.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and evolve Worldly's global customer growth strategy, with a focus on net revenue retention, expansion ARR, product adoption, and long-term value creation across the customer base

  • Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms across Customer Success and Account Management, ensuring alignment with company-level revenue goals

  • Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align post-sale strategy with broader GTM priorities

  • Serve as an executive-level point of view on customer health, risk, and opportunity — bringing portfolio-wide signal to leadership with clarity and credibility

  • Sit on the Worldly Leadership Council as a key voice in shaping company strategy

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead a 15+ person organization comprising Customer Success and Account Management, including established managers across both functions

  • Coach and develop managers into strong, autonomous leaders — building depth and succession in the org

  • Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations at every level of the team

  • Foster a high-trust, high-performance culture grounded in ownership, empathy, and continuous improvement

Execution and Operational Excellence

  • Assess the current state of both functions — strengths, gaps, and opportunities — and build a clear roadmap for elevating performance

  • Operationalize a tiered customer coverage model that matches resource to revenue opportunity and retention risk

  • Institute best practices across customer planning, forecasting, health scoring, and expansion motions

  • Stay close to the work — engage directly with strategic accounts and ride shotgun with the team when it matters

  • Ensure both functions are data-driven, scalable, and positioned to support Worldly's next phase of growth

We'd Like to See

  • 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale revenue leadership in B2B or enterprise SaaS, with at least 5 years leading teams through managers

  • Demonstrated track record owning NRR targets at scale — you've built the metrics, the playbooks, and the culture to hit them

  • Strong operational mindset: you build repeatable processes, not heroics

  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level — you set direction and you can roll up your sleeves

  • Experience leading distributed or remote-first organizations

  • A collaborative, empathetic leader who holds teams accountable while developing the people around them

  • Passion for mission-driven work and genuine curiosity about supply chain transformation, sustainability, or impact-focused technology

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • Net revenue retention at or above target, with a clear line of sight into the drivers

  • A tiered coverage model in place and operating across both CS and AM

  • Your managers are stronger leaders because of you

  • You've built trust with Worldly's top strategic accounts and know the rest of the portfolio by name

  • The GTM org has better data, cleaner forecasting, and a sharper handoff from Sales into post-sale

Compensation Overview

United States (USD)

  • Base Salary: $248,000 – $288,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $290,000 – $340,000

United Kingdom (GBP/USD equivalent)

  • Base Salary: $190,000 – $221,700

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $240,000 – $270,000

Europe (EUR/USD equivalent)

  • Base Salary: $116,000 – $192,900

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220,000 – $240,000

Additional Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-based incentive structure included in OTE

  • Equity: Incentive Stock Option (ISO) package

  • Work-from-home stipends

*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.

**For candidates located outside the U.S., the salary range listed in USD will be paid in the local currency equivalent at the time of offer using the then-current exchange rate.

***This role offers a competitive compensation package with a base-to-incentive split. Your total earnings will be comprised of a fixed base salary, a performance-based incentive component, and participation in our Equity Stock Options Program.
